Because colors vary between your monitor and what is actually printed, we try to send proofs to every customer to ensure products and colors are exact before printing. If your printed product is not what you had imagined, please contact our customer service.
Because of the highly personalized nature of custom awards and signs, no item may be returned or refunded since custom products are not reusable after engraving or printing. In the event that an order arrives incorrect, we will make every effort to correct the item(s) in time for your event. If the problem is due to an error on our part, we will replace the incorrect item(s) as quickly as possible at our expense and attempt to make delivery in time for your event. If the problem is due to a customer error, we will remake the item(s) at the original cost plus shipping. If an order arrives damaged, we will make every effort to correct the situation. The Engraver, LLC (Successful Signs and Awards) will not be responsible for damage caused by shipping companies. To return stock (non-customized) merchandise, written/email permission must be obtained in advance. As stated above, engraved medals, plaques, crystal, acrylic, and any other custom items cannot be returned. Returned stock merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
